CHALLENGE
This 10-year-old non-profit organization for Veterans was ready to level up their credibility and legitimize their mission. With the goal of applying for grants, founder Jose E. Santiago formed an official Board of Directors, which I now serve on as a marketing consultant, to better organize goals and strategy.
SOLUTION
Part of the new strategy for increasing visibility and building credibility was to show up on social media more consistently and with meaningful content. I volunteer my expertise in content creation and social media management to achieve these goals, attending events and fundraisers to capture moving content that shares the work of the organization, introduces audiences to the Veterans who benefit from their support, and calls on viewers for donations.
