CHALLENGE

SpaDerma was already established in the Chicagoland area as a leader in medical aesthetics. They needed to fill their social media manager position to keep up their momentum and propel them to new heights in social media. Thats’s where I came in!

SOLUTION

As the social media manager for SpaDerma, I hit the ground running and implemented a completely new social media structure focused on increasing engagement, brand awareness, and followers, while outputting engaging, brand-forward content. I built and scaled a creator ecosystem that grew to over 65 successful partnerships in its first six months. I architected the framework for their Ambassador program, securing ongoing, high-value collaborations with influencers, media, and local celebrities. In addition, I implemented company-wide social media protocols, policies, and trainings for staff across all locations.
